Australian mixed media artist, Corinne Purcell, a professional artist since 2004, is recognised and awarded for her beautiful seascapes and landscapes depicting cherished places from all over Australia. A versatile artist, Corinne enjoys painting landscapes, seascapes, portraits, life drawing and still life. Her studies in art are broad and varied, including several visits to Indonesia, Vietnam and Canada. She has studied under many renowned Australian and International artists to gather a wide range of traditional and abstract methods of painting in all mediums.

A regular entrant of prestigious art events, Corinne has been awarded for her works and enjoys the challenge of continuing her progress with other Artists.

With a charitable and generous nature, Corinne regularly donates her artworks to well known charity organisations in Australia and overseas, helping those in need. Recent donations to Hope https://www.bereavement.org.au/ Epilepsy Queensland, Variety Bash, One Punch Can Kill and The Cancer Foundation. Corinne teaches classes in her community to encourage all people to find time to be creative and explore the benefits that come with practise. Corinne organises opportunities for young and emerging Artists to exhibit and sell artworks in her community.

Corinne’s recent works depict colour and textures, all felt in and around her Australian travels with each piece capturing the naturalistic and defined view of this beautiful country, it’s continual changes and the beauty that is available to all of us.

Through artistic representation in a variety of mediums Corinne has a growing appreciation for the sustainability of our land, its coastline and waterways along with a strong interest and passion for supporting young and emerging artists and sharing her knowledge.
